Boxing Day 2012, I had a haemorrhage in the left thalamus of my brain, causing paralysis and loss of sensation on the entire right side of my body. I’m still dealing with the effects of this, including the loss of my DRAWING hand, which has been very difficult for a lifelong cartoonist.
