Here’s a ballpoint pen doodle scanned from the pocket sketch-book I carry with me now. Most of the contents are nonsensical, scribbly, shaky drawings such as this one, done on the train during my commute. If I can get a seat, I don’t mind the journey; it allows me to read, draw or even write. Lately I have been using the time to write in my brand new iPad (which I got for Christmas!) I love this new gadget but I’m still not comfortable drawing in the iPad yet. So the commuter doodles will be analog for some time to come.
You can draw in the IPad? I've had one since last summer (using it right now!) – not that I can draw or anything, but I can do stick figures. (I'm the musician of the group…)
Amazing instrument, the ballpoint pen. Even more amazing in the hands of a master.
love it Jamie, he's gang signing 'hi'?
Pretty nifty Jamie!
My 4 year old daughter says "That's crazy!"
