Pachyderms in Colour

Here’s a finished illustration from my Dad’s elephant limerick book. Some of them are coloured digitally (as is the case here) and some analog.

Excellent stuff, Jamie. I loved all the previous elephant sketches as well. I can’t wait to see more.
Will it be ready for Comic Con this year? If not, what do you have cooked up?

Love the personality of the poses. The fella on the right is my favorite, though they’re all really well drawn.
Nice colors, too.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, everyone, for the nice feedback. I have to admit that I sometimes run out of steam with these… trying to think of new ways to draw elephants, so the positive comments are appreciated.
blecha>> Sadly it will NOT be ready for Comic-con this year. Plus, getting the art done on time for the publisher means that I may not have enough time left over to do a new comic for Comic-con this year… we shall see… maybe I’ll do a MINI?
